  • use unauthorised chess engines or software during live play (except in designated analysis modes);
  • copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission;
  • misuse the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4) Fair Play Policy

  • No Cheating: Use of external assistance (engines, databases, other players) during live games is prohibited.
  • Monitoring: We may review games and accounts using automated tools and human moderators.
  • Enforcement: Accounts found in violation may face game annulments, bans, or loss of privileges.

5) Intellectual Property

  • Our Rights: All content on WW3Chess.com (designs, themed boards, logos, graphics, software) belongs to EMEA TRADE LIMITED or our licensors.
  • Your Content: By submitting content (e.g., posts, custom designs, tournament material), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, adapt, and distribute it in connection with our Services. You retain ownership of your content.

6) Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Products: We may sell physical themed chess sets, digital goods, or subscription services.
  • Prices: Displayed in GBP (£), inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated. Customers outside the UK may be liable for customs duties or taxes.
